Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Zeyrah.in is owned and operated by HSP INDIA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Delhi, India. We at Zeyrah.in strive to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • To cancel an order, log in to your Zeyrah account and select “Cancel Order” next to the respective order.
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligible Return Scenarios

  1. Damaged or tampered package at delivery:
    • If the outer package appears damaged, tampered, or defective, please refuse delivery.
    • Inform us immediately at support@zeyrah.in with your Order ID.
  2. Product not as expected / dislike the product:
    • You must raise a return request through your Zeyrah account only.
    • Please log in or create an account using the same email used during purchase.
    • Return requests via email, social media, or phone calls will not be accepted.

Return Pickup & Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep where service is available.
  • When handing over the product, collect a return receipt from the pickup agent (physical or SMS).
    This is mandatory proof in case the shipment is lost during transit.
  • If your raised return request is not completed within 48 hours or the return is not handed over within the allowed time, a refund will not be issued. Only store credit will be provided.
  • Refund will be processed within 2 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows physical damage not reported at delivery.
  • Saree has fall & edging done.
  • Product was customized or made-to-order.
  • Return request is placed after 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is used, washed, or has missing tags/accessories.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange facility from the date of delivery.

Exchange Terms

  • Raise an exchange request through your Zeyrah account only.
  • Once we receive the returned product, the replacement will be shipped within 7 working days.
  • Exchange is not allowed if:
    • Saree has fall & edging done
    • Product was customized
    • Product is made-to-order
    • You request exchange for an exchange order (second exchange is not allowed)
    • Product is damaged, used, altered, or without original packaging

Price Difference

  • If the new product costs more, we will issue a store credit for the returned product amount. You can use it to reorder and pay the difference.
  • If the new product costs less, the balance will be issued as a store credit.
  • No discounts apply on exchange orders.
