By using any payment method, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

• Delayed transactions
• Technical errors from banks/payment gateways

We only act as a facilitator of online/digital payments.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within India via trusted courier partners.
• Average dispatch time is 3–5 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier constraints, or other factors.
• You must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellation.
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or other situations beyond our control will not make us liable for refunds.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy applies as follows:

Returns/Exchanges Accepted For:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Size issue

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds:

• Issued to the original payment method or bank transfer.
• COD orders are refundable via bank transfer only.
• Refund is processed only after the product is received and inspected.

Exchange:

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• In case the product is unavailable, refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the returned item does not meet policy criteria.

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

9. Retention of Title

All products remain the property of HSP INDIA CREATION PRIVATE LIMITED until full payment is received, including any delivery charges.
